Stem 2X Table Lamp by SkLO

The Stem 2X Table Light is a minimal design consisting of a pair of 4.5"/110mm diameter diffusers of handblown Czech glass on a symmetrical armature atop a brass stem and base. The glass diffusers are available in both "dipped" glass, featuring the SkLO double-dipped flame-polished mouth and "textured" glass, featuring a soft, frosted finish and subtle sculpted vertical ridges.

Glass shaped by hand

The glass spheres of the Stem 2X Table Light are formed by hand, allowing them to be slightly imperfect to express their handmade origins. The “dipped” glass options feature an irregular, open mouth, created by double-dipping the piece into the molten glass crucible, followed by breaking the piece from the pipe and fire-polishing the opening – a purposeful expression of craft and the act of glassblowing. The “textured” glass diffusers have no opening. Their surface is frosted and features a subtle pattern of lines etched into the glass for a moody and classic look.
