Shipping policy
Initiation of this order is granting acceptance of the terms listed below.
Urbanspace Interiors Terms of Sale:
Special Order Terms:
• All special/custom orders are final at time of deposit.
• FULL PAYMENT of balance due is required at point of shipment from the vendor to Urbanspace Interiors.
• SALES ARE FINAL, so please order carefully. Due to the custom nature of most of our products, returns or cancellations are rarely accepted. In a few limited circumstances a return may be accepted with a 25% restocking fee.
Showroom Furniture:
• All items sold off showroom floor are sold “as is".
Shipping:
• Customer is responsible for cost of freight and handling from Urbanspace Interiors’ warehouse or the showroom (not included in the price quoted). Special shipping instructions must be noted on each order otherwise the delivery company will be designated by Urbanspace Interiors.
Delivery:
• DELIVERY DEADLINES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. We try hard to come up with realistic timetable estimates, but they are only estimates, offered solely as a courtesy. Urbanspace Interiors will not entertain any claim concerning costs, losses or damages incurred to slow, late or non-delivery of goods.
Claims:
• When the merchandise is inspected, picked up and signed for by the delivery company, Urbanspace Interiors' responsibility ceases; acceptance of the merchandise by the delivery company constitutes delivery by Urbanspace Interiors. Even though the merchandise will be wrapped or packaged to ensure safe delivery, we suggest that all merchandise be inspected immediately upon receipt. Do not accept a shipment with evidence of damage or shortage until the driver endorses a statement of the irregularity on the face on the delivery receipt. Damage or shortages will need to be processed through the delivery company, not Urbanspace Interiors.
Final Acceptance:
• INSTALLATION ALWAYS CONSTITUTES FINAL ACCEPTANCE. No exceptions.
Returned Checks:
• A $25.00 RETURNED CHECK FEE is charged for checks returned for insufficient funds.
Returns:
• NO REFUNDS. No returns will be accepted without written authorization from Urbanspace Interiors, and they will only be made for store credit. A restocking fee of 25% will be assessed on all returns.
Storage:
• STORAGE FEES MAY BE CHARGED on orders that are not picked up within 5 working days of notification that they are available at our dock -unless other arrangements have been negotiated. We encourage you to make arrangements to pickup orders A.S.A.P.
Sales Tax:
• All merchandise is subject to state tax, unless an appropriate exemption certificate is provided to Urbanspace Interiors
