Symmetrical downward curving arms hold glass diffusers of handblown Czech glass. Suspended on a rigid brass tube stem. The glass diffusers are available in three shapes and in both "dipped" glass, featuring the SkLO double-dipped flame-polished mouth and "textured" glass, featuring a soft, frosted finish and subtle sculpted vertical ridges.

Glass shaped by hand

The glass shapes of the Balance 2.0 Pendant are formed by hand, allowing them to be slightly imperfect to express their handmade origins. The “dipped” glass options feature an irregular, open mouth, created by double-dipping the piece into the molten glass crucible, followed by breaking the piece from the pipe and fire-polishing the opening – a purposeful expression of craft and the act of glassblowing. The “textured” glass diffusers have no opening. Their surface is frosted and features a subtle pattern of lines etched into the glass for a moody and classic look.

Elegant symmetry

The symmetry of the arcing lines of the Balance 2.0 Pendant are elegant simplicity. Minimal and graceful, it looks beautiful over a table or island, or suspended within tall spaces.

Kinetic Movement

The Balance Pendants can be used individually as single fixtures where a sculptural presence is required. Yet they offer a unique ability to transform when composed into groups, staggered in heights, and layered in space. Their combined symmetry and asymmetry suggest kinetic energy and a sense of movement.
