Slalom Step Stool by Woud

Slalom Step Stool by Woud

The Slalom Step Stool was created with inspiration from a skiing adventure in northern Sweden. It perfectly captures the graceful and sinuous movements of a slalom course carved into the snow. This versatile stool can be easily moved and serves as a helpful assistant when reaching high shelves, a playful companion for children in the kitchen, or a convenient side table for the bedroom.

Designed by Studio Dejawu
The Stockholm-based studio, founded by Qian Jiang in 2015, is a visionary hub that approaches design as a form of storytelling. Through experimental practices with materials, construction, and finishes, they create timeless and honest products and art installations that serve as a comprehensive source of inspiration. Similar to writing a diary, their design process delves into memories and evokes strong emotions, resulting in captivating and inspiring designs that tell a unique story.
