The title 'Logs' was inspired by the peacefulness of the Nordic birch forests, serving as a guiding force for the designer. Embodying the repetition of countless trees, this versatile piece exudes the same shape as the mirrors. It remains motionless yet subtly organic. Each individual mirror can be arranged at various heights to achieve a ripple effect, allowing for a personalized touch. Created by VOSDING Industrial Design in Cologne, founded by Peter Otto Vosding in 2017, this masterpiece is a finalist for the German Design Award Newcomer. Specializing in furniture and lighting, the studio's design philosophy revolves around seamlessly combining function, sophistication, and value, with a methodical approach.
