Tatou S Pendant Lamp by FLOS

Experience exceptional style with the Tatou S pendant lamp by FLOS. Inspired by the armadillo, this lamp is designed to provide brilliant structure and protection, just like its namesake. The pendant lamp offers diffused light and features an exterior diffuser in PC (polycarbonate) and an internal diffuser in injection-printed opal PC. The versatile socket accommodates compact fluorescent or halogen lamp bulbs, giving you flexibility in your lighting choices.

Designer Patricia Urquiola drew inspiration from Japanese armor, aiming to reconstruct membranes with a series of metal buckles cleverly united by tapes, resulting in a unique and emotionally impactful design. The Tatou S pendant lamp is a tribute to the unassuming animal and its remarkable structure, offering a captivating interplay of light and an emotional function that sets it apart.
