Drape Circle 8 Chandelier by SkLO

The Drape Circle 8 Chandelier consists of 8 individual pendants gathered and supported by a brass ring. Each pendant features a 4.5"/110mm diameter diffuser of handblown Czech glass suspended on a fabric-wrapped electrical cord. The cords pass through the ring and are evenly spaced around the circumference. The glass diffusers are available in both "dipped" glass, featuring the SkLO double-dipped flame-polished mouth and "textured" glass, featuring a soft, frosted finish and subtle sculpted vertical ridges. Cord lengths are field adjustable.

Glass shaped by hand

The glass spheres of the Drape Circle 8 Chandelier are formed by hand, allowing them to be slightly imperfect to express their handmade origins. The "dipped" glass options feature an irregular, open mouth, created by double-dipping the piece into the molten glass crucible, followed by breaking the piece from the pipe and fire-polishing the opening - a purposeful expression of craft and the act of glassblowing. The "textured" glass diffusers have no opening. Their surface is frosted and features a subtle pattern of lines etched into the glass for a moody and classic look.

Flexible size and proportion

The Drape Circle 8 Chandelier is a small enough diameter to work with multiple dining table shapes and sizes, not just the obvious synergy of round tables. It is also small enough to work in many other scales of rooms and spaces. The ability to adjust the location of the ring in relation to the overall length of the light itself means this light has many different possible personalities.
