Kanji features a prominent hand-knotted high pile that elegantly captures the essence of the brush strokes found in Japanese ideograms.

Manufactured from natural materials and craftsmanship techniques, the Kanji, Miglio and Kita carpets contribute to emphasising the unique and sophisticated features of the Rimadesio collection.

Made of wool from Kashmir and Rajasthan, known for quality and exceptional durability and abrasion resistance, the Kanji carpet is produced by artisanal loom weaving in India's northern state of Uttar Pradesh. The careful combination with dhurrie pile at the weaving stage results in the special mark that characterises the artefact.

Composition: 90% wool, 10% cotton. Technique: hand weaving. Colour: CR01 Ivory.
