Gaudì Le Grand Double Bed by Flou

Gaudí Le Grand was conceived as a new interpretation of the Gaudí bed, retaining its distinctive features while reworking them into a broader, more structured vision. It is not merely an evolution, but a standalone design that redefines proportions, balance, and presence. The sinuous lines of the headboard and base expand, giving shape to a more solid and architectural form capable of expressing an almost monumental scale.

Wood takes on a central role: no longer merely a structure, but a frame that shapes and contains the design, defining an elegant and measured perimeter. In harmony with the soft surfaces, it creates a refined balance between solidity and warmth. The generous padding and the continuity of the lines convey a sense of deep comfort, while the bed’s presence in the space becomes more intense and assertive, capable of harmonizing with sophisticated and refined interiors.

The upholstery, whether in fabric or leather, becomes an integral part of the design, enhancing the tactile quality and texture of the surfaces and helping to define a sophisticated, timeless aesthetic. Available with a fixed base, a storage base, or an electrically adjustable base. Gaudí Le Grand is an architectural presence that reimagines an icon, expanding its design language and offering a new experience of the bedroom space, blending continuity and transformation.

Gaudí Le Grand was conceived as a new interpretation of the successful Gaudi bed, retaining its distinctive features and recognizable character while reworking them to convey a different sense of presence and volume. It is not merely a variation, but a standalone design that reimagines and renews the same formal elements, creating new balances, proportions, and visual weights. The sinuous wooden profile of the headboard and base echoes the original design language, translating it into a broad, structured form capable of expressing a more stately and monumental presence.

The result is a bed that engages with the original model, interpreting its character with greater solidity and grandeur, and establishing itself as an architectural presence in the bedroom.
