One of the largest unit types at the Independent, this spacious 3 bedroom + study + media room condo features an open living, dining, kitchen with incredible views of Texas Hill Country.

This generous space, though luxurious, required furniture of an appropriate scale to both anchor the room and give it some parameters. With this in mind, we combined two sectional sofas and four coffee tables to both fill the space and allow for flexibility.

In addition to the primary seating group, The layout of the space allowed for a secondary sitting area intended to be used for smaller gatherings.

With its proximity to the dining room and the dramatic fixture, we chose not to put an overhead lighting fixture in the main living space and opted to place one in the small gathering space.
