How the Process Works

Phase 1: Programming & Preliminary Design

LISTEN / OBSERVE / UNDERSTAND

We’ll have a Kick-off Meeting to learn your style, needs and expectations.

SCHEMATIC PHASE

Development of the preliminary concept (color, mood, space planning) and layout.;

PHASE 2: Design Specification & Ordering

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Floorplan and space plan refinement and documentation — finalize selections of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

FURNITURE PROCUREMENT

This step entails documenting your existing pieces, and getting final approval for furniture, fixtures, and equipment to be ordered.

PHASE 3: Site Coordination & Installation

SITE COORDINATION

Coordinate with construction teams, who’ll do field verifications & measurements. Deliveries are scheduled..

INSTALLATION

The installation is undertaken, with coordination on site with trades.

PHASE 4: Post-Install

POST-INSTALLATION

Client survey, tracking of any late items, and closing out the project.
